Once the admission form is bought it should be filled completely and correctly for proper documentation and effective record keeping.

All required supporting documents must be provided. The form must be completed by the parents or guardians and signed.

Ensure the child’s/ward’s name and surname must be stated as you want them to appear on all his/her school record. Ensure that the email address given is active to facilitate communication.
